Taiwan Election Watch: DPP’s Nominee Lai Ching-te Won the Election 台灣大選觀察：民進黨候選人賴清德當選
台湾人用选票继续选择了民进党，凯达格兰大道将会继续是绿色的大道。 但是，赖清德这次变成弱势“领导人”，因为蓝白加起来有6成选票，白色力量迅速崛起，民进党在立法院也大概率不会过半，这都是对民进党过去八年的积怨。 接下来四年，大陆与世界将会与赖打交道，而他的风格和蔡将会有所区别，他自称“务实的台独工作者”。 两岸关系如何走，考验两岸智慧与政治定力。 侯友宜、柯文哲都已承认败选。 目前赖清德获得526+万票（40.3%），侯友宜获得433+万票（33.3%），柯文哲获得343+万票（26.3%）。 这是一场惜败，更是一次惨败，国民党要好好反省，为何民进党已经如此让台湾社会不满的情况下，可以大输一百万票。好好反省，好好改革，改掉这些陋习，下一次才有机会，才有可能，再给台湾，给两岸一个机会。百年大党，沦落至此，叹息。 除掉2016换柱（洪秀柱）风波的胡乱搞以外，基本上2020韩国瑜的552万票就是国民党的巅峰了。2028，国民党除非大破大立，团结在野力量，尤其是民众党，基本上没有任何机会了。当国民党不再有能量，两岸统一的选项将会只剩武力手段，虽然不会短期内发生，但是只有一个选项的政治选择，将会无比绝望和恐怖。 今天的台湾大选是今年全球大选格局的开局选举。 今年（2024年），全世界将有50多个国家/地区将会举行全国性大选，若加上地方选举，则有超过60个国家，这将涉及全世界超过一半人口。 这些选举包括全世界最关心的美国总统大选，将会举行多日、全世界单体规模最大的选举——印度国会选举，全世界单日规模最大的选举活动——印度尼西亚的总统选举，和朝鲜的选举。 这些选举将会或多或少改变这些国家的内政外交之安排和导向，世界格局也将会经历改变和影响。什么是百年未有之大变局？这就是，而我们每个人离这“大变局”很远，也很近。 Read.

身边的政治 Politics is around us
身边的政治 今日是香港区议会一般选举投票的日子，又是一次当看客的选举。 最近两个月出门，大街小巷随处可见各路候选人的宣传物料和助选人员。每次路过摊位，都感觉十分奇特。政治离普通人的距离也是如此的近。再上一次感受到这种气氛要追溯到高中，当时我所在的高中是所在街道选区的区人大代表选举投票站，当时没到年龄，不得投票。但是都算是“目击”民主过程了，而且那一次还是难得的差额选举。可能好多人都还不知道，区/县一级人大代表是由我们普通公民直接选举产生的吧。 讲回香港这次的区议会选举，可以看得出政府花了很多心思，铺天盖地的文宣和各级问责官员下场宣传。前几日去宋皇台，一出地铁站就是乌泱乌泱的人员派发投票单张，亲切“劝”一句请出来投票啊，我怀疑是公务员团体落区宣传选举。可惜我不是选民，是看客。 各路候选人们以及所属政党也都各自努力拼选情。近两三个星期经常遇见在街口和地铁口发候选人传单，有可能被拒绝太多次，我收过传单都会激动说声谢谢。这些宣传单张的设计都几有意思，除了可以看见过往政绩和本次选举政纲，都可以一窥候选人的性格。政纲都各有侧重，除了区域民生问题，都有关注女性与少数群体的权益，或者是倡导体育锻炼等的有趣政见。 这次选举都是“揽炒派”（泛民）退出香港政坛之后的首次区议会选举，香港的政治会少些不必要的杂音，有利于香港社会将重点放回经济建设。稳定的香港社会是保障一国，更是保护两制的最好策略。让中央政府少担心特区事务，就是保障高度自治的最好方法。 政治，多么好玩，又近又远，模糊又具体，妥协和坚持共存。这就是为什么我学习和研究政治的原因。图片来源：香港特区政府、大公文汇报、香港选委会、工联会。 Politics is around us Today marks the day of the District Council Ordinary Election in Hong Kong, another election where I find myself an observer, not a participant.
