Chaofan graduated from BNU-HKBU United International College on June 30th, 2023. During his time at the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL), he made important contributions to the center’s growth and services. Chaofan established CTL’s online presence, improved internal communication, and introduced digital tools to enhance their work. He is grateful to Dr. Yi-lung Kuo, Ms. Sandy Chen and Ms. Arie Jin for their guidance and support, it has been a privilege to work with this incredible team. Chaofan is confident that his experiences at CTL will shape his future endeavors. The center appreciates his contributions and wishes him continued success.

Full Version: Chaofan concluded his two-year journey at the Centre for Teaching and Learning of BNU-HKBU United International College

Chaofan’s graduation from BNU-HKBU United International College on June 30th, 2023, is a momentous occasion that symbolizes the culmination of his dedicated two-year journey at the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) of BNU-HKBU United International College. It’s truly a time filled with excitement and anticipation for Chaofan.

Throughout his time at CTL, Chaofan has made contributions to the growth and success of the center. As a passionate student assistant, he has actively participated in various events and initiatives, bringing forth his innovative ideas that have strengthened the functioning of the center.

One of Chaofan’s notable achievements was his instrumental role in shaping CTL’s digital presence. Understanding the importance of online platforms in today’s educational landscape, he took the lead in creating and managing a WeChat public account and WeChat video account for CTL. Through these channels, CTL has been able to effectively promote its activities, share essential information, and foster open and transparent communication with its valued stakeholders.

Moreover, Chaofan has consistently demonstrated his commitment to enhancing communication within and beyond CTL. He helped revise and improve the weekly email communication service, ensuring that important information reaches the teaching faculty of UIC in a timely, organized, and beautiful manner.

Chaofan acknowledged the necessity for CTL to leverage modern digital tools to optimize its services. He introduced widely recognized platforms such as Canva, a leading design platform, and MailChimp, a mass email communication platform. By seamlessly incorporating these tools into CTL’s daily operations, he facilitated a more engaging and visually appealing experience for the center’s audience while significantly enhancing the effectiveness of its outreach endeavors.

Chaofan is overwhelmed with profound gratitude and deep appreciation for Dr. Yi-lung Kuo, the Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), and Ms. Sandy Chen, the highly dedicated Senior Administrative Officer of CTL. Their unwavering support, patient guidance, and genuine care have been instrumental in not only enhancing Chaofan’s professional growth but also igniting a fire of creativity and imagination within Chaofan’s heart.

Chaofan feels incredibly blessed to have had the privilege of working under the mentorship of Dr. Yi-lung Kuo, and the unwavering support of Ms. Sandy Chen. Their unwavering belief in Chaofan’s abilities and their commitment to fostering a nurturing and collaborative environment have truly empowered him to explore new horizons, embrace innovative approaches, and consistently strive for excellence in all endeavors.
