On October 11, the Globalisation and Development (GAD) Programme invited a group of enthusiastic alumni to share their recent study and career experience, as well as to show their achievements in multiple areas from business to academia, and in the fields such as development studies, political sciences, or anthropology.

10月11日，全球化与发展专业（GAD）邀请到了5位热情的杰出校友，分享他们在GAD的学习经历，以及他们毕业后在商业、互联网、发展学、政治学、人类学等多个领域取得的众多成就。

Mr. Chen Chaofan, a research postgraduate at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), described his experience in the Master of Philosophy-PhD programme in Government and Public Administration. He also shared interesting details of his daily work as a researcher and teaching assistant. His insights are very relevant for current GAD students.

陈超凡于今年九月份作为研究型研究生入学香港中文大学。分享会上，他不仅介绍了他所修的政治与行政学硕士博士衔接课程的内容，还分享了自己在港中文大学做研究和担任助教的日常。

Besides, Ms Shurui GUO, former Co-Director (Administration) of the SDRG also made a sharing:

Ms. Guo Shurui studied Master of Sciences in Development Studies at the LSE. She introduced the field of development studies and how she became interested in it during her undergraduate years in the GAD Programme.

郭书睿今年九月份开始在英国伦敦政治经济学院学习发展学。分享的开始，她细心地解释了什么是“发展学”；以此为基础，郭书睿分享了她在GAD四年接触和学习发展学相关课程的经历；进而，介绍了她如何在伦敦政治经济学院，进一步探索发展学相关领域的。

As in previous years, the latest GIR/GAD alumni sharing was meant not only to provide concrete support to current cohorts of GAD students, but it is also here to encourage young students to explore their own potential.

GAD校友的分享不仅为现在GAD学生提供了切实的帮助，也激励着年轻的GAD学生不断探索自我，发现自我，提升自我。
