Chaofan Represents GAD Graduates at BNU-HKBU UIC FHSS’s Faculty Review & Engages with Chinese Environmental NGO’s Pioneer

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS) at Beijing Normal University – Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC) is currently under review by the Academic Consultation Panel (ACP). Chaofan has been invited to participate as the graduate representative in the panel meeting, where they discussed the learning and life experiences at UIC.

Chaofan’s award-winning Final Year Project (FYP) poster has been displayed outside the panel meeting room for public viewing.

Additionally, Chaofan attended a job talk event hosted by the Globalisation and Development Programme, featuring Dr. Jinfeng Zhou, Chair of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF), as the guest speaker. Dr. Zhou shared insights from his research and experiences in managing the CBCGDF and contributing to legislative agendas in China and worldwide.

Chaofan also had the opportunity to visit with Dr. Edoardo Monaco (Head of the Department of Social Sciences (DSS), BNU-HKBU UIC), Dr. Selçuk Çolakoğlu (Globalisation and Development Programme Coordinator, DSS, BNU-HKBU UIC), and Dr. Maggie Tang (Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, FHSS, BNU-HKBU UIC).
