I am thrilled to share that I have received an admission offer from the University of Oxford for the DPhil (Doctor of Philosophy) in International Relations under the Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR).

I am very delighted to receive this offer and see it as a high-level recognition of my past academic record and achievements. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and the long-term support from my mentors and colleagues from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (BNBU).
In the past few years, the DPhil in International Relations programme at DPIR has not admitted any Chinese students, which makes the offer especially meaningful to me, both as an individual scholar and as someone who hopes to contribute to broadening the representation of Chinese students in top-tier programmes in international relations.
I look forward to engaging with leading scholars and fellow students, receiving rigorous methodological training, and participating in an intellectually vibrant academic community.
I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my professors, mentors, collaborators, friends, and family members who have supported and encouraged me throughout this journey.
