Few days ago, Chaofan has been offered admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme in Public Policy and Global Affairs under the School of Social Sciences (SSS) at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. The offer includes a tuition grant from Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA) that will fully cover his tuition fees for the four-year duration of the programme.
Chen expressed his sincere thanks for the opportunity. He sincerely considered that the PPGA programme at NTU would be an ideal environment for his research in International Relations and Chinese Foreign Policy, given its interdisciplinary approach that bridges theory and practice, as well as its vibrant research community with expertise in foreign policy analysis and related global issues.
The PPGA programme, established in 2013 within NTU’s School of Social Sciences, equips scholars with the skills to address complex policy and international challenges.
