CHEN Chaofan “Frank” has officially decided to join Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU) for the upcoming academic year. He will be pursuing a PhD in Public Policy and Global Affairs (PPGA) within the School of Social Sciences under the supervision of Professor Dylan Ming Hui LOH.

His doctoral research and academic training will be supported by a Tuition Grant from the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA).

In transitioning to this next chapter, Chaofan expressed his sincere gratitude to the other world-class institutions that extended doctoral admission offers, including the University of Oxford and the Australian National University (ANU).

“I am deeply grateful to the admissions committees at both Oxford and ANU for their recognition and belief in my research potential,” Chaofan noted. “Carrying their validation with me provides an invaluable layer of encouragement as I embark on this doctoral journey.”

Chaofan will be relocating to Singapore soon to begin his studies and looks forward to connecting with colleagues, collaborators, and friends in the region.
