UIC’s President, Member of the Chinese Academy of Science, and the Chair Professor, TANG Tao, presented the Certificate of Graduation to the recipient, Mr. CHEN Chaofan.

Chairperson of Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) Council, Dr Clement CHEN Cheng-jen, GBS, JP, presented the Certificate of Graduation to the recipient, Mr. CHEN Chaofan.

Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of PRC, Mr. John Lee, Chair of Council, Vice-Chancellor, and President of Hong Kong Baptist University graciously presented their heartfelt and impassioned speech during the momentous ceremony, as they stood before the esteemed class of 2023.

With eloquence and grace, the Vice-President (Teaching and Learning) of HKBU, Executive Vice President of University of Science and Technology of China and the Deputy Party Secretary of Beijing Normal University also graced the ceremony with their presence. The atmosphere was filled with anticipation and excitement as these distinguished individuals shared their wisdom and encouragement, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all those in attendance.
